How we work
Roofing has a reputation problem, and it is largely earned. The work is invisible from the ground, it is urgent when it goes wrong, and the customer usually cannot check what was done. Everything below is an attempt to remove that asymmetry rather than to rely on it.
Someone goes up and looks
No quotation is issued from the pavement or from a photograph you sent. That means the price reflects the actual condition, and it means you get photographs of parts of your building you have never seen.
Findings before prices
You get a written note of what was found, with photographs, and a severity against each item: needs doing now, needs doing soon, worth knowing about. The quotation comes after, and it is itemised so you can take part of it.
The report is yours
Take it to another roofer. It is written to be specific enough to price against, and a job that only wins because nobody else could quote for it is not a job worth having.
What we will not do
- Knock on your door, or tell you we noticed a problem while working nearby.
- Quote a price on the phone for work nobody has looked at.
- Publish a guarantee length, a response time or a review score we cannot evidence.
- Ask for a large cash deposit before anything is ordered.
- Recommend a full re-roof where the roof needs a repair.
