Get in touch

For anything urgent, the telephone is fastest. For everything else, whichever of the three below suits you — they all reach the same people.

How to reach us

Telephone and WhatsApp during working hours; email any time. Emergencies are best phoned through.

Telephone
0203 490 8265
Address
4 Collingham Road, London SW5 0LT

What to have ready

None of this is required, but having it to hand makes the first conversation much shorter:

  • The address, and whether it is a house, a flat or something else.
  • What you can see, and where — a damp patch on a ceiling, a slipped tile, water in the loft.
  • When it started, and whether it changes with the weather.
  • Photographs, if you have them. From the ground and from inside is plenty; please do not go up a ladder to take them.
  • Whether anyone is at the property during the day.

What happens next

  1. We call you back or reply.
  2. If it is urgent, we tell you on that call when someone can be there.
  3. Otherwise we arrange an inspection at a time that suits.
  4. You get the written report with photographs, and then a quotation if there is work to do.

Send it online instead

You can describe the problem, send photographs and choose an inspection time without ringing, and without making an account. Call, WhatsApp or email instead if you would rather talk to somebody.

Tell us about your roof

Five short steps. Send photographs, choose a time, and ask to change it later from your own link.

Water coming in right now?

Call rather than emailing, and there is a short guide to the first hour while you wait.
